Delivery and deadlines
Standard shipping is available for $10 and takes 3 to 9 business days to arrive. For faster delivery, express shipping is available for $21.90 and will arrive in 1 to 2 business days.
We also offer hand delivery in the Hochelaga district if you live within a 15km radius.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the fragile and delicate nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully prepared to reach you in perfect condition, and we make every effort to ensure a quality experience from start to finish.
Only products that are defective or damaged upon receipt will be eligible for exchange or refund.
