Why Use Sage?

White sage is a sacred plant, cherished for its powerful cleansing properties. Used for millennia in energy-cleansing rituals, it purifies spaces, the aura, and the mind of all forms of negativity.

It releases a strong, aromatic scent—earthy, herbal, and slightly camphorous—that enhances spiritual and energetic clarity.

How to Use It

Light the tip of your sage stick with a flame. Let it burn for a few seconds, then gently blow it out to release a dense, protective smoke. Move the smoke around yourself and throughout your space, setting a clear intention of purification and release. Place the stick in a heat-resistant dish when done.

Important Information

Never leave a burning sage stick unattended. Always use in a well-ventilated area, with mindfulness and presence.

🌸 Each stick is unique, measures approximately 11 cm / 4.30 in in length, and is adorned with hand-dried flowers lovingly crafted here in Québec. The dominant scent is sage, though the dried flowers may slightly influence the fragrance when burned. Color and size may vary slightly due to the natural materials used.
